| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce přibližuje pohled na management akciové společnosti v netradiční a specifické formě podnikání. Cílem bylo představit podstatu podnikání vybraného hokejového klubu, působícího na nejvyšší úrovni v dlouhodobém horizontu. Teoretickou část tvoří přehled základů managementu a manažerského řízení. Druhá, teoretická, část je zaměřena na analýzu řízení vybraného klubu. Závěrečné shrnutí obsahuje poznatky a návrhy vybrané problematiky z pohledu studenta Fakulty managementu. |

The aim was to present the essence of successful entrepreneurship hockey club, acting at the highest level in the long term. Theoretical foundations of a survey of management and managerial procedures. Second, the theoretical part is aimed at analyzing the management of selected club. Final summary contains the findings and proposals selected issues from the perspective of the student Faculty of Management. |
