| Abstract: | Cílem této práce bylo poskytnout jednotný pohled na konkurenci, která působí na mlékárenském trhu. Zaměřila jsem se na tři největší konkurenty na tomto trhu. Pomocí jednotlivých analýz jsem nalezla jejich konkurenční výhodu, zjistila, co konkurence dělá lépe a navrhla jsem možná zlepšení pro společnost Madeta a.s., které upevní její pozici na trhu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work was to provide a coherent view of the competition, which operates in the dairy market. I focused on the three largest competitors on this market. With each analysis, I find their competitive advantage, see what the competition is doing better and I propose possible improvements for MADETA as to strengthen its market position. |
