| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zobrazit provázanost strategie zaměřené na lidské zdroje s firemními strategiemi získání konkurenční výhody. V práci je zpracována strategická analýza vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí firmy se zaměřením na personální strategii. V první části diplomové práce je popsána teoreticko-metodologická část, která se týká strategie a strategické analýzy. Ve druhé části jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky do praxe. |

| Abstract: | The main purpose of the thesis is to evaluate the connection of the human resources strategy and the strategies focusing on gaining competitive advantage. The strategic analysis of internal and external environment is conducted on a specific company with key focus on its personnal strategy.There is a description of the theoretical and methodological principles in the first part which relates to a particular strategy and to strategic analysis. There is direct application of the theoretical learnings into the practice in the second part. |
