| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá důchodovou reformou v ČR. První kapitola je zaměřena na klasifikaci penzijních systémů. Druhá kapitola se věnuje sociální politice a sociálnímu zabezpečení. Penzijní systémy v ČR jsou popsány ve třetí kapitole. V následující kapitole jsou stručně charakterizovány penzijní systémy v jiných zemích. Pátá kapitola je věnována demografickému vývoji v ČR. Poslední dvě kapitoly se zabývají samotnou důchodovou reformou v ČR. |
