| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce popisuje postavení ČSA na současném trhu letecké přepravy. Hodnotí vývoj této společnosti, postup její privatizace a naznačuje možnosti budoucího vývoje. V první kapitole je popsána historie ČSA, základní informace o letecké dopravě v České republice a hlavní mezinárodní instituce v letecké dopravě. Druhá kapitola se soustřeďuje na provozní a ekonomickou situaci ČSA. V poslední kapitole je popsán průběh privatizace. |

| Abstract: | My bachelor thesis describes the position of ČSA on current market of air transport companies. It defines and reviews the development of this company, the procedure of it's privatization and it indicates the possibilities of future progress. In the first chapter describes history of ČSA, basic informations on air transport in Czech republic and main international institutions in the air transport. The second chapter conserns the informations about business and economic situation of ČSA. The last chapter describes the process of privatization. |
