| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je kompletní zpracování socioekonomické analýzy Sedlčanska, která se postupně zabývá všeobecnou charakteristikou daného regionu, strukturou obyvatelstva, ekonomickou základnou, dopravní, technickou a sociální infrastrukturou, cestovním ruchem a stavem životního prostředí. Na základě zjištěných poznatků je vypracována tzv. SWOT analýza, která hodnotí silné a slabé stránky, hrozby a příležitosti daného regionu. Další část práce je zaměřena na strategii rozvoje regionu. Nejdříve jsou popsány strategické cíle dvou důležitých sdružení v regionu - Místní akční skupiny Sedlčansko, o.p.s. a Sdružení obcí Sedlčanska a poté zpracována mnou navržená strategie, jež se soustředí na sociální oblast a vzdělání, dopravní infrastrukturu, cestovní ruch a podnikatelské prostředí. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this bachelor work is a processing of the socioeconomic analysis of the area Sedlčansko which deals with general characteristic, structure of population, economic basis, transport, technical and social infrastructure, turist trade and environment. On ground of finding facts is elaborated the SWOT analysis which summaries strenght and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the district. Next part of my work is focus on the strategy of development. First are descibed the strategic aims of two important organisations of this region -- Local action group and Association of municipality and after is made my suggestion of possible strategy. This strategy is concentrate on social area and education, transport infrastructure, turist trade and business atmosphere. |
