| Abstract: | Práce se zabýva institucemi Evropské unie. Nejprve je popsán vznik a vývoj jednotlivých institucí, jejich pravomoci a funkce. Jmenovitě se jedná o tyto instituce: Evropská komise, Rada Evropské unie, Evropská rada, Evropský soudní dvůr a Evropský parlament. V další části následuje výčet nejdůležitějších reforem, které přináší Lisabonská smlouva. Hlavní důraz je kladen na reformy, které se dotýkají jak institucí samotných, tak i jejich pravomocí. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the Institutional Reforms of the European Union. At first the creation and progression and also the competences and functions of the institutions are described. The described institutions are the following: The European Commision, The Council of the European Union, The European Council, The European Court of Justice and the European Parliment. Further follows the enumeration of the most important reforms, which are brought by the Treaty of Lisbon. The main accent is set on the changes, which concern the enumerated instituions and their competences. |
