| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je charakterizovat postavení Francie v Evropské unii z politického a ekonomického hlediska. První kapitola se soustředí na přístup francouzských představitelů i občanů k evropské integraci. Druhá kapitola obsahuje analýzu makroekonomických ukazatelů Francie a srovnání s ostatními zeměmi EU. Třetí kapitola pojednává o současné ekonomické situaci ve Francii a zaměřuje se konkrétněji na trh práce, imigraci a francouzské řešení finanční krize. |

| Abstract: | The objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe the position of France in the European Union from a political and economic viewpoint. The first chapter focuses on the French representatives' and the citizens' attitudes on the subject of European integration. The second chapter provides the description of French economic indicators and its comparison with other European countries. The third chapter deals with the present economic situation of France and focuses more deeply on the labour market, the immigration policy, and French solution to the financial crisis. |
