| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá firemní filantropií jako nezbytnou součástí firemní strategie. Teoretická část definuje firemní filantropii, její jednotlivé nástroje a charakterizuje ji jako součást CSR. Praktická část zobrazuje propracovanou stratgii firemní filantropie na 3 firmách - T-Mobile Czech Republic, a.s., Johnson&Johnson, s.r.o. a Československá obchodní banka a.s. a stejně tak zkoumá postoj veřejnosti k této problematice. |

Practical part of the thesis shows sophisticated strategy of corporate philanthropy on example of 3 companies - T-Mobile Czech Republic, a.s., Johnson&Johnson, s.r.o. and Československá obchodní banka a.s. It also provides study of public attitude towards this issue. |
