| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První část se zaměřuje na popis specifik a odlišností typických pro arabské ekonomiky. Tyto odlišnosti od se projevují téměř ve všech oblastech života a mají ve výsledku velký vliv na hospodářství arabských států. Druhá část se zabývá analýzou těchto specifik na příkladu malého arabského státu Kuvajtu a má za cíl zjistit, jestli tyto odlišnosti představují pro země arabského světa problémy nebo překážky jejich úspěšného ekonomického rozvoje. Po úspěšné identifikaci problematických oblastí je v závěru navrženo jejich možné řešení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is divided into two main sections. The first section deals with the description of specifics and differences of arab economies. These differences can be seen in almost all areas of life and have a great influence on the economy of arab states. The second section is concerned with analysis of these specific on example of a little arab state -- Kuwait. The task of the second section is to find out if these differences pose problems or the barriers to successful economic development as well. After identification of the problematic areas, their possible solution is presented at the last section of the paper. |
