| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá analýzou vybrané české knihařsko-grafické firmy. Představuje obsah činnosti firmy, jmenuje a hodnotí českou i zahraniční konkurenci, se kterou se firma na trhu setkává. Hodnotí současnou situaci firmy, sestavuje SWOT analýzu a navrhuje vhodnou marketingovou strategii. Dále řeší možnosti vstupu do zahraničí a volí nejvhodnější zahraniční trhy pro působení firmy. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is dealing with a question of an analysis of a chosen Czech company of bookbinding and design. It introduces how the company works and it names and evaluates its czech and foreign competition which the company encounters on the market. It also evaluates its present situation, making up the SWOT analysis and proposes the suitable marketing strategy. Furthermore, it is discussing the possibilities of entering the foreign market and chooses the best one for the actual work of the company. |
