| Abstract: | Nizozemská společnost prošla během 400 let mnoha změnami, ty nejzásadnější přišly v průběhu 20. století, kdy se z Nizozemska stala multikulturní země. Nizozemsko je pověstné svou extrémní tolerancí k menšinám a jeho vláda se snaží tyto lidi co nejvíce začlenit do společnosti prostřednictvím imigrační a integrační politiky. Země se ale nepotýká pouze s přílivem imigrantů, jejím staronovým problémem je odchod vlastních obyvatel. Zpočátku v relativně poklidném soužití přistěhovalců s tuzemci se časem začaly objevovat první projevy rasové nenávisti, náboženské konflikty a střety v důsledku kulturních odlišností. Na danou situaci reaguje místní obyvatelstvo emigrací. Vláda stále musí přizpůsobovat svoji politiku měnící se migrační struktuře tak, aby vyhovovala oběma stranám. |

| Abstract: | Dutch society have gone through many changes over 400 years, the biggest one came during the 20th century, when the Netherlands became a multicultural country. The Netherlands is well-known for its extreme tolerance for minorities and the government tends to integrate these people into Dutch society through immigration and integration policy. Country does not struggle only with the influx of immigrants, the renewed problem is the leaving their own people. Initially, in a relatively peaceful coexistence of immigrants with residents over time, there have been first manifestations of racial hate, religious wars and conflicts due to cultural differences. As a respond to this situation is emigration of the local population. The government still has to adapt its policy because of the changes in structure of migration to suit both parties. |
