| Abstract: | Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analýza a popis hlavních rysů podnikatelského prostředí na trhu nemovitostí v České republice a ve Španělsku. V první kapitole vysvětlím nejdůležitější pojmy, které s tímto tématem souvisejí. V druhé a třetí kapitole budu charakterizovat historický vývoj a jednotlivé faktory, které mají největší vliv na podnikatelské prostředí na trhu nemovitostí, nejprve ve Španělsku a poté v České republice. V poslední kapitole se pokusím podnikatelské prostředí na trhu nemovitostí v obou státech porovnat. |

| Abstract: | The goal of my thesis is an analysis and a description of the main characteristics of the business environment of the real estate market in the Czech Republic and in Spain. In the first chapter I am going to explain the main terms connected with this topic. In the second and third chapter I will describe the history and the principal factors that affect the contemporary real estate market first in Spain and than in the Czech Republic. And finally in the last chapter I will provide a comparison of the business environment of the real estate market of both countries. |
