| Abstract: | V prvním kapitole se zabývám charakteristikou podnikatelského prostředí Nizozemska a jeho srovnáním s Českou republikou.Druhá část mé práce se věnuje institucím, které fungují na podporu podnikání mezi oběma zeměmi. Hodnotím činnost a konkrétní nabídku služeb pro firmy ze strany obchodních oddělení velvyslanectví v obou zemích, dále státních příspěvkových organizací -- CzechTrade a CzechInvest v rámci České republiky a EVD v Nizozemsku. Zaměřuji se také na dvě obchodní komory zabývající se nizozemsko-českou spoluprácí, které působí v České republice. Okrajově zmiňuji i další organizace.Poslední část mé práce se zaměřuje na dvě nizozemské firmy působící na českém trhu. Jedná se o firmy van Gansewinkel a FLEX/cocoon. V prvním případě se jedná o českou pobočku nizozemského koncernu, zatímco druhá firma je ukázkou joint-venture nizozemského a českého subjektu.V rámci této kapitoly obě firmy nejen blíže představuji, ale pomocí SWOT analýzy hodnotím jejich postavení na českém trhu konstatováním silných a slabých stránek, příležitostí a případných hrozeb. Zaměřuji se také na rozdíly v obchodní spolupráci mezi Nizozemskem a Českou republikou. |

| Abstract: | The first chapter is about characteristics of business environment in the Netherlands comparing to the Czech Republic. The second chapter is aimed at institutions that support business relations between the Czech Republic and the Netherlands. These are e.g. the Embassies, CzechTrade and CzechInvest (CZ) and EVD (NL). There are also two Dutch- Czech chambers of commerce active on the Czech market. I also mention some more institutions in this chapter. The last chapter contains concrete examples of 2 Dutch companies on the Czech market. The first company works in the area of waste management. The second company is a joint-venture of Dutch and Czech subject and it is specialised in industrial design and structural packaging. This chapter not only focuses on introducing these two companies but it also analyses their situations on the market thanks to SWOT analysis. |
