| Abstract: | Ve své bakalářské práci se budu věnovat dětské protiúrazové prevenci v České republice. V úvodu objasním některé základní pojmy, které se týkají zdraví a působení vlivů na zdraví a nejčastějšími možnými typy dětských úrazů. Hlavním obsahem mé práce bude vývoj dětské úrazovosti od roku 1996, kdy začaly vznikat programy protiúrazové prevence, které jsou u nás úspěšně realizovány dodnes. Dále se zaměřím na prevenci úrazů, tedy jak stát pracuje v této oblasti (jde především o vládou schválený Národní akční plán prevence dětských úrazů na léta 2007 - 2017), na zkoumání efektivnosti státních zásahů a výdajů na prevenci a jak se zapojují do tohoto problému neziskové organizace. Velká část mé bakalářské práce bude postavena na poznatcích ekonoma Sama Peltzmana, který se zabýval ekonomickými regulacemi, konkrétně pak prozkoumám tzv. "Peltzmanův efekt" v oblasti protiúrazové prevence. |

| Abstract: | In my bachelor work I will attend to a prevention of child accident incidence in Czech republic. In the introduction I will explain some basic notions which refer to health and their impressions and the most often types of children injuries. The main topic of my bachelor work is the progression of child accident incidence since 1996, when special programmes of prevention of child accident incidence were firstly created and are succesfully realised up to this day. Then I will focus on the prevention of injuries and how the government works in this area (above all by government authorized National action plan of prevention of child accident incidence for years 2007 -- 2017), then on investigation of national actions effectiveness, prevention expenditures and non-profit organizations involvement in this problem. Major part of my work is based on economist Sam Peltzman knowledge who employed himself in economic regulations, then I will explore in detail the "Peltzman's effect" in terms of prevention of child accident incidence. |
