| Abstract: | Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám komparací dvou integračních seskupení na území amerického kontinentu - NAFTA a MERCOSUR. První kapitola práce porovnává faktory vzniku obou integrací, motivy vstupu z pohledu jednotlivých států, cíle a institucionální strukturu. Druhá kapitola se soustředí na změny v ekonomikách členských zemí, obchodní a investiční vztahy a také perspektivy obou integrací z hlediska jejich možného rozšiřování. |

Chapter one compares factors of formation, objectives, institutional framework and individual states' motives of ingression. Chapter two focuses on changes in economies of member states, trading and investment relationships and also perspectives of both integrations in term of their possible enlargement. |
