| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na osoby, které chtějí začít samostatně podnikat. Poskytuje jim důležité informace ohledně založení podnikatelské činnosti v konkrétních právních formách podnikání. Dále se podrobně zajímá o evidenční povinnost podnikání. K vysvětlení jsou použity názorné příklady, které mohou být přínosem i pro podnikatele, kteří již svoji činnost zahájili. |

There are examples used for explanation. This work can be contribution for the businessmen who have already started with the business. |
