| Abstract: | Hlavní prioritou všeobecně používané marketingové koncepce je poznávání a uspokojování zákazníkových potřeb. Pro pochopení zákazníka nám pomáhá právě analýza nákupního chování. Cílem této práce bylo popsat nákupním chováním obyvatel města Vimperk. Součástí analýzy bylo zjistit, kde obyvatelé města a okolí nakupují, odůvodnit jejich nákup ve vybraném místě, porovnat případně zjištěná fakta s celorepublikovými trendy a zhodnotit úroveň obchodní vybavenosti města. |

| Abstract: | The main priority of the universally used marketing concept is to define and satisfy customer needs. The analysis of consumer buying behaviour exactly helps us to understand it. The aim of this study was to define the shopping behavior of the population of the city Vimperk. Parts of the analysis were to find out where the inhabitants of the city and his neighbourhood shop, give reasons to their purchase in the selected location, eventually compare the observed facts to the nationwide trends and to assess the level of shops availability in the city. |
