| Abstract: | Práce pojednává o pozici služeb na vnitřním trhu Evropské unie a v České republice z pohledu vlivu na HDP, zaměstnanost a zahraniční obchod. Dále se zabývá vývojem vnitřního trhu Evropské unie a návrhem směrnice o liberalizaci trhu služeb, kterou prezentoval komisi tehdejší komisař pro vnitřní trh a služby Frits Bolkestein v roce 2004. Obsah směrnice je podrobně rozebrán a jsou zmíněny připomínky členských států. Dále je zhodnocena schválená verze směrnice z roku 2006 a její důsledky pro české poskytovatele služeb, zejména pak pro poskytovatele služeb v oblasti informačních technologií. V závěru práce je uvedena případová studie konkrétní české softwarové společnosti. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis deals with the position of services on the common market of the European Union and in the Czech republic from the point of view of GDP, employment and international trade. The thesis also addresses the development of the common market of the European Union and a proposal for a directive for liberalization of the market in services that was presented to the European Commission by its former Commissioner Frits Bolkestein in the year 2004. The content of the directive is closely analyzed and remarks of the member stats are mentioned. Thereinafter the approved directive from the year 2006 is discussed and its impact on czech providers of services, expecially in the area of information technology, are analyzed. At the end a case study about a Czech software company is presented. |
