| Abstract: | Analýza personální práce ve společnosti FTL a.s. se zabývá zkoumáním jednotlivých činností vykonávaných personálním útvarem v rámci logistické divize. Nejprve je popsán vývoj řízení lidských zdrojů, následuje charakteristika společnosti FTL a.s. a poté samotná analýza personální práce, která je vytvořena na základě porovnání s teoretickým modelem. Tato analýza stanovuje silné a slabé stránky a navrhuje možná řešení do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | Personnel work analysis at the company FTL a.s. occupies itself with a research of various activities carried out by the Personnel department in one part of the FTL a.s. company - Transport&Logistics division. We start with a description of development of human resource management, then characteristics of the FTL a.s. follows and afterwards we continue with the very peronnel work analysis, which was created on the basis of comparison with a theoretical model. The analysis defines strong and weak aspects and also suggests possible future solutions. |
