| Abstract: | V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy z oblasti oceňování nemovitostí. V praktické části je nejprve zanalyzován trh nemovitostí na Praze 12. Dále je oceněna daná nemovitost administrativním způsobem, poté způsobem tržním a v závěru jsou výsledky porovnány. |

After that it is a given real estate appraised by administrative and trade market principals. At the close of the paper results are compared. |
