| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je poskytnout komplexní zhodnocení situace dalšího vzdělávání dle zákona č. 179/2006 Sb., jako formy dalšího vzdělávání v České republice. Podrobně zmapovat možnosti žadatelů, postupy při podání žádosti až po provádění zkoušek autorizovanými zástupci za účelem ověření dané kvalifikace uchazečů. Hlavním přínosem práce je analýza autorizací prováděných Ministerstvem pro místní rozvoj České republiky, podrobné shrnutí tamějších postupů, dílčích kvalifikací patřících do gesce MMR, jejich rozvoje a průběhu celého zákona o dalším vzdělávání, jakožto i podrobné zmapování aktuálního stavu. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis is to give a complex evaluation of the further education-situation according to the law No. 179/2006, as a form of further education in the Czech republic. To monitor applicants' possibilities in detail, the procedure of handing the application to taking tests by the authorized persons in order to certify the applicants' qualification. The main goal of this thesis is the analysis of authorisations certified by the Ministry for the regional developement of Czech republic, detailed summary of local procedure, partial qualifications belonging to the Ministry for the regional development, their development in the whole progress of the further education-law and detailed view of the current situation. |
