| Abstract: | Práca vo svojej teoretickej časti popisuje organizačnú architektúru. Oblasť organizácie, ktorej zmeny stále viac naberajú na dynamike. Charakterizuje jej jednotlivé prvky a stručne popisuje vývojové tendencie. Cieľom práce je popísať zmeny organizačnej architektúry konkrétnej firmy. V praktickej časti popisujem históriu danej firmy - akciovú spoločnosť Stavby silnic a železnic a zároveň je charakterizovaná každá jej oblasť pred a po zmenách. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis in the theoretical part deals with describing the architecture of organization. The part of organization which becomes more and more dynamic. The thesis defines individual elements of architecture and describes new trends. The aim of the thesis is to describe changes of architecture of this organization. The practical part describes history of the joint stock company -- Stavby silnic a železnic. It also characterized the company before and after these changes. |
