| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je určení hodnoty podniku České Aerolinie a.s. k 1.1.2009. Na začátku práce je popsaná historie společnosti, další část se zabývá strategickou analýzou. Výstupem strategické analýzy je prognóza tržeb. Třetí kapitola práce obsahuje finanční analýzu společnosti a jejím cílem je zhodnotit finanční zdraví podniku. Cílem čtvrtého celku práce je predikce generátorů hodnoty a sestavení finančního plánu. V poslední kapitole jsem se zabývala vlastním oceněním podniku pomocí metody DCF APV. Výslednou hodnotu jsem stanovila jako intervalové rozpětí. Jako doplňková metoda bylo použito tržní porovnání. |

| Abstract: | Aim of this thesis is to determine the value of the company as Czech Airlines to 1.1.2009. At the beginning of the work is described the company's history, another section deals with the strategic analysis. The third chapter contains the work of financial analysis and it aim is to assess the financial health of the firm. A fourth unit is prediction of generators and preparing the financial plan. In the last chapter I looked at his own valuation of the company using the DCF method APV. The resulting value, I set the interval range. As an additional method was used market comparison. The value of the firm is appointed like interval. |
