| Abstract: | Tématem práce jsou problémy při zavádění ERP systémů do podniků ze segmentu malých a středních podniků. První část práce se zaměřuje na teoretický rámec informačních systémů. Je definován pojem ERP systémů, stručně popsán jejich vývoj a různé pohledy na ERP systémy s důrazem na trendy v dané oblasti. Následuje přehled důvodů, proč zavádět informační systém. Dále jsou zmíněny fáze projektu při zavádění ERP systému. Tato část je zakončena přehledem kritických faktorů úspěchu či neúspěchu implementace ERP řešení. Druhá část se zaměřuje na implementaci ERP systémů v čínském prostředí, vývoj ERP v Číně a problémy při realizaci ERP. Dále je zmíněna současná trţní situaci v Číně a budoucí trendy. V poslední části práce jsou shrnuty klíčové poznatky včetně moţných přínosů, které z nich vyplývají |

| Abstract: | The topic of the paper is the problems of implementing ERP systems in small and medium sized enterprises. The first part of the paper focuses on the theoretical framework of information systems. The meaning of ERP systems is defined; a brief description of their evolution and different approaches to them is given, with a special emphasis on ongoing trends in this area. This is followed by an overview of reasons, why to implement an information system. Further the phases of implementing an ERP system are described. This part of the paper is concluded by an overview of factors which are crucial for the success or failure of an ERP solution implementation. The second part focuses on implementing ERP systems in a Chinese environment, the evolution of ERP in China and problems with introducing ERP. The current market situation in China and future trends are mentioned. In the last part of the paper all key learning's are summarized, including possible areas where they could be useful. |
