Abstract:	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na metody, které se v současné době používají k racionalizaci organizačních struktur v bankovnictví. Na praktických příkladech práce popisuje možnosti metod, vysvětluje způsob jejich praktického použití, porovnává je mezi sebou a zhodnocuje jak jsou účinné a vhodné v sektoru bankovnictví.
