| Abstract: | Téma a motiv sepsání práce vychází z hypotézy rostoucí potřeby českých nefinančních podniků řídit měnové riziko, která je prokázána na základě analýzy vývoje obratu zahraničního obchodu ČR. V práci jsou rovněž specifikována základní podnikatelská rizika. Hlavní pozornost je věnována měnovému hedgingu prostřednictvím finančních derivátů, jako jsou forwardy a futures, swapy či opční kontrakty. V jednotlivých kapitolách je uvedena nejen jejich základní charakteristika a logika jejich fungování, ale především konkrétní alternativy jejich využití v různých situacích při měnovém hedgingu nefinančních podniků v ČR. |

| Abstract: | Basic motive for the work comes out of the hypothesis of growing need of non-financial Czech companies to manage foreign exchange risk, which is demonstrated by foreign trade development. In the work, there are also specified basic species of entrepreneurial risks. Main attention of the writing is paid to currency hedging by finance derivatives, like futures, forwards, swaps and options. Single chapters are dedicated to their basic characteristics and to their function logic and, above all, to alternatives of their usage for currency hedging in different situations at Czech nonfinancial companies. |
