| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje softwarovým nástrojům pro Category Management. V první části práce je představena disciplína Category Managementu a její význam pro současný obchod. V další části práce je popsána souvislost mezi informačními technologiemi a Category Managementem, na kterou navazuje představení nástrojů pro Category Management, které využívá společnost GlaxoSmithKline, s.r.o. Závěr práce je věnován případové studii spolupráce s mezinárodním obchodním řetězcem Tesco. |

Next chapter describes the relation between information technologies and Category Management. The following chapter introduces software tools for Category Management used by GlaxoSmithKline, s.r.o. The last chapter of the thesis is devoted to case study of cooperation with international retailer Tesco. |
