| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou efektů implementovaného informačního systému významné potravinářské společnosti. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zanalyzování přínosů zavedeného IS ve společnosti Alfa, a.s., jež nebyla doposud nikým provedena. Na základě analýzy informačního systému vytvořím pro společnost doporučení, ve kterém zhodnotím slabé a silné stránky systému. Upozornění na rizika a na zjištěné přínosy by mělo společnosti pomoci k zdokonalení daného systému a k získání konkurenční výhody, zvýšení zisku či k zlepšení image podniku. Vedlejší cíl této práce spočívá v obeznámení čtenáře s daným systémem, pochopení jeho funkcionality, popsání metrik využívaných k samotné analýze a zvolení metodiky, pomocí které je analýza prováděna. Cíle teoretické části zabývající se samotným systémem jsou dosahovány analýzou cizojazyčné interní dokumentace a doplněním o elektronické zdroje. Analýza přínosů je prováděna na "historických" datech získaných z reportovacího systému, z databáze či z interních dokumentů. Přínos práce spočívá převážně v upozornění na stinné stránky systému (rizika) a na kladné stránky v podobě zjištěných efektů. Práce může zároveň sloužit studentům či zaměstnancům společnosti pro pochopení funkcionality reálného systému a k rozšíření jejich dosavadních poznatků o informačních systémech. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the benefits of the information system of an important food manufacturer. The main aim is to analyse the benefits of the information system -- something which has yet to happen. The analysis of the information system should provide a recommendation for the company, which will include an evaluation of the strong and weak aspects of the system. Highlighting the strong and weak aspects should help the company perfect the system, provide a competitive advantage, increased profits and an improved company image. The secondary aim is to inform the reader about the system, understand its functionality, describe the metrics used for analysis and the choice of methods employed. The aims of the theoretical section will be achieved through analysis of internal documentation and electronic sources. The analysis of the benefits will be carried out using "historical" data obtained from the reporting system, database or internal documentation. The use of this work lies principally in its highlighting of the positive and negative effects of the system. The work can also help students or company employees understand the functionality of the real system and to broaden their current knowledge. |
