| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá integrací platebního styku v Evropské unii. Zaměřena je především na vývoj příslušných právních norem upravujících přeshraniční platební styk a projekt SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area), který lze popsat jako samoregulační snahy soukromých finančních institucí sjednotit podmínky pro tuzemské a přeshraniční platby v rámci EU a vytvořit tak jednotnou platební zónu pro měnu euro. Kromě obecné charakteristiky projektu se práce věnuje vývoji standardizovaných SEPA instrumentů a jejich předpokládanému vlivu na subjekty evropského platebního trhu po konečné fázi implementace. |

| Abstract: | The thesis concerns with a system of payments integration in the European Union. Primarily It's focused on a progress of aprropriate leagal rules that sets up a cross-border system of payments and project SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area), which is possible to describe as a self-adjusting endeavour of private financial institutions to unify specifications for national payments and cross-border payments in the EU and to create a single area for payments in the euro. Except common project characterization is thesis aimed at progress of a standardized SEPA instruments and their influence on european payments market subjects after final phase of implementation. |
