| Abstract: | Práce pojednává o podstatě a předmětu bankovního tajemství a jeho právní legislativě v České republice. Porovnává fungování právní legislativy upravující bankovní tajemství v zahraničních státech, důraz je kladen na státy se silnou ochranou bankovního tajemství, které jsou často nazývány "daňové ráje". Zkoumá provázanost ochrany bankovních údajů v kombinaci s dalšími výhodami daňových rájů. |

| Abstract: | The work deals with the principle and purpose of banking secrecy laws and legislation in the Czech Republic. Compares the operation of the laws governing banking secrecy in foreign countries, emphasis is placed on states with strong protection of banking secrecy, which are often called "tax havens". It examines the coherence of the protection of banking data in combination with other benefits of tax havens. |
