| Abstract: | Práce si klade za cíl, na základě historické analýzy, prokázat význam implementace informačních systémů a informačních a komunikačních technologií (IS/ICT) ve firemní praxi a tím prokázat pozitiva, případně i negativa, plynoucí právě ze zavedení těchto technologií v organizaci. Každá změna v technologiích ve firmě má na firmu dopad, zejména na její procesy, což se odráží ve změně její struktury a fungování. Základní hypotézou, kterou si tato práce klade za cíl ověřit, je, že IS/ICT výrazně ovlivňují strukturu a fungování organizace, mění ji a mají na ni pozitivní dopad. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this master thesis is to prove by historical analysis the importance of implementation of information systems and information and communication technologies to companies and to show positives and negatives of these changes in an organization. Every single change in a company has its impact on company`s processes which is reflected by changes in organization`s structure and operation. The basic hypothesis of this work is to confirm that information systems and information and communication technologies significantly affect organizational structure and operation, change it and have a positive impact on it. |
