| Abstract: | Práca sa zaoberá reguláciou poisťovníctva najprv vo všeobecnej rovine a potom aj v reálnej, či praktickej. Vo všeobecnej časti sa zaoberá dôvodmi regulácie, jej vývojom a možnými podobami. V praktickej časti sa práca snaží zobraziť aká je podoba regulácie poistného trhu momentálne v Českej republike a potom aj v Európskej únii. Spomenutý je aj vývoj regulácie s ohľadom na prítomnosť a budúcnosť. |

| Abstract: | This work deals firstly with the regulation of insurance in general terms and then the real or practical ones. The general part deals with the reasons for regulation, its evolution and possible forms. The practical part of the work is trying to see what form of regulation of the insurance market is currently in the Czech Republic and then in the European Union. Mentioned is also the development of regulation with regard to present and future. |
