| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je co nejpřesněji stanovit hodnotu společnosti Povltavské mlékárny, a.s. pro externího potenciálního investora na základě dostupných informací k 30.11.2009. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. Teoretická část popisuje doporučený postup při oceňování podniku. Prvním krokem je analýza prostředí, ve kterém se podnik nachází. Dále následuje finanční analýza a sestavení finančního plánu. Na závěr teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé metody oceňování podniku. V praktické části jsou pak získané poznatky aplikované na společnosti Povltavské mlékárny, a.s. Pro ocenění je použita dvoufázová metoda DFC ve variantě FCFE. |

| Abstract: | The main target of this thesis is to determine the value of the company Povltavské mlékárny, a.s. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. There is described the basic steps of the valuation process and some methods in the theoretical part. In the practical part there are used these methods to determine the value of the company. For the valuation a discounted free cash flow to the equity method in two stage model was used. |
