| Abstract: | Cílem práce je stanovit hodnotu společnosti RENOGUM a.s. k 31.12.2009. Práce je členěna do dvou základních celků - teoretického a aplikačního. Teoretická část pojednává především o postupu a základních metodách ocenění podniku. V aplikační části je společnost představena, je vyhotovena strategická analýza, finanční analýza a finanční plán. Pro ocenění je zvolena metoda účetních cen a metoda diskontovaných peněžních toků ve variantě FCFE. |

| Abstract: | The goal of the thesis is to determine the value of the company RENOGUM a.s on the date 31.12.2009. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the valuation procedure and methods. Practical part contains the introduction of the company, strategic and financial analysis and financial plan. The company is evaluated by using two methods - the method of the book value and the discounted cash flow method in the version of FCFE. |
