| Abstract: | Diplomová práce "Ženy v podnikání" se snaží objasnit problematiku žen v podnikání. Hlavním cílem je náhlédnout do "do nitra" českých podnikatelek a zjistit: co je motivovalo k tomu začít podnikat, co ovlivňovalo jejich podnikání, které vlastnosti se domnívají, jsou pro podnikatelky nepostradatelné a jaké jsou podle jejich názoru překážky v podnikání. |
