| Abstract: | Cílem mé diplomové práce je sestavit na základě teoretických poznatků získaných v průběhu studia podnikatelský plán rekonstrukce nemovitosti určené k pronájmu. Tento podnikatelský plán je určen majiteli nemovitosti, kterému poskytne informace potřebné pro klíčová rozhodnutí a kroky týkající se dalšího rozvoje objektu. V první - teoretické - části se budu věnovat obecně trhu nemovitostí a podnikatelskému plánu. V praktické části se zaměřím na tvorbu reálného podnikatelského plánu na rekonstrukci nemovitosti určené k pronájmu. Popíši tržní situaci, finanční plán, rizika projektu i další podstatné aspekty. |

| Abstract: | The aim of my thesis based on theoretical knowledge acquired during my studies is to develop business plan of reconstruction of the building for rent. The business plan is designed for a property owner. It provides him information needed for key decisions and actions concerning the further development of the object. In the first - theoretical - part I'll attend to real estate market and to a business plan in general. In the practical part I'll focus on creating of the real business plan of the reconstruction of the property for rent. I will describe a market situation, a financial plan, project risks and other relevant aspects. |
