| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou PPP a bariérami jejich rozvoje v České republice. Jejím cílem je vymezení problematiky PPP v obecné rovině, analýza současného stavu PPP projektů v České republice a identifikace nejvýznamnějších bariér rozvoje PPP projektů v ČR. Práce může posloužit jako základní východisko pro získání obecných znalostí týkajících se problematiky PPP. Kromě uvedených základních teoretických informací o PPP jsou zde dále uvedeny informace o současném stavu využívání PPP projektů v Evropě a České republice. Na základě rozhovorů s experty a nastudované odborné literatury je závěrečná část této práce věnována zjištěným překážkám rozvoje PPP v ČR. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on the Public Private Partnership and obstacles inhibiting its development in the Czech Republic. The goals of this paper include specification of the Public Private Partnership subject, analysis of the current situation of PPP projects in the Czech Republic and identification of the most important obstacles to its usage in the Czech Republic. This thesis can serve as the starting point for obtaining general knowledge about Public Private Partnership. Moreover, this paper mentions information about current state of PPP projects in Europe and the Czech Republic. Based on the interviews with experts on PPP and the relevant literature which was researched, the final part of this thesis is dedicated to the discovered barriers to development of PPP in the Czech Republic. |
