| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na projektové financování investičních projektů z oblasti obnovitelných zdrojů energie. Teoretická část, která je popsána ve druhé kapitole práce, charakterizuje podstatu projektového financování, jeho účastníky, zásady pro úspěšné projektové financování, typy kapitálu vkládané do projektu a jeho zdroje, rizika, garance a zajištění. Praktická (třetí) část práce se orientuje na specifika projektového financování projektů obnovitelných zdrojů energie. Nejprve jsou vymezeny zásady pro kvalitativní hodnocení nositele projektu, následně pro kvalitativní hodnocení samotného projektu a na konec jsou uvedeny zásady pro hodnocení finančních stránek projektu. Čtvrtá a závěrečná kapitola analyzuje konkrétní projekt z oblasti obnovitelných zdrojů energie. Podstatnou část této analýzy tvoří finanční analýza projektu. |

| Abstract: | My thesis is focused on Project Financing of Investment Projects in the field of Renewable Energy Resources. The theoretical section, see Chapter Two, characterises the nature of project financing, parties, principles for successful project financing, types of capital invested in projects and their resources, risks, guarantees and securities. The practical (third) part of the thesis is oriented to specifics of project financing of Renewable Energy Resources. First of all principles for the assessment both of project bearers and projects in terms of quality are specified. Furthermore, principals for the assessment of financial terms of projects are given. The fourth and concurrently the final Chapter analyses a particular project in the field of renewable energy resources mostly from the financial point of view. |
