| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je ocenit společnost RUDOLF JELÍNEK a.s. pro potřeby managementu společnosti. Práce se nejprve věnuje finanční analýze výkazů podniku z let 2003-2008. Následně je na základě provedené finanční a strategické analýzy vypracován finanční plán na období 2009-2013, který se stává základem pro ocenění společnosti. Pro ocenění byla použita metoda účetní hodnoty a výnosová metoda DCF ve formě FCFF v podobě dvoufázového modelu. |
