| Abstract: | Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza spokojenosti pracovníků na dvou pobočkách fast-foodových restaurací KFC. Předmětem zkoumání je celková spokojenost zaměstnanců restauračního provozu. Blíže se budu zabývat spokojeností s interpersonálními vztahy na pracovišti, s obsahem práce, s odměňováním, s povyšováním, s komunikací a s pracovním prostředím. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jak jsou zaměstnanci restauračního provozu spokojení ve firmě, dále provést výzkum a navrhnout doporučení, která by mohla vyřešit zjištěné nedostatky. Tato doporučení by pak měla zvýšit spokojenost a motivaci na pobočkách a tím zlepšit celkové pracovní podmínky, zefektivnit práci a podpořit dosahování lepších výsledků. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this thesis is to analyze the satisfaction of workers in two branches of KFC restaurants. The subject of study is the overall employee satisfaction in restaurant operation. Closer I examine satisfaction with interpersonal relationships at work, with the main work, with remuneration, with promotions, communication and working environment. The main objective of this thesis is to determine how employees are comfortable with the company, than to do research and propose recommendations that could address the identified deficiencies. These recommendations would be able to increased satisfaction and motivation of branches and improve the overall working conditions, make work more efficient and give support to achieving better results. |
