| Abstract: | Cílem mé diplomové práce je nastínit problematiku malých a středních podniků. Zaměřila jsem se na jejich zdroje financování. Zdroje financování jsem zkoumala na konkrétním podniku. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první části práce popisuji pojmy podnik, podnikatel, podnikání, právní formy podniku. Následuje definice MSP podle směrnic EU a legislativa MSP. V této kapitole jsou vyjmenovány hlavní výhody a nevýhody MSP. Krátce se zmíním o podpoře MSP. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na zdroje financování. Zdroje dělíme na vlastní, cizí a alternativní. Jednotlivé zdroje jsou popsány detailně v této kapitole. Vedle standardních forem trh nabízí také alternativní formy. Těm je vyhrazena také jedna kapitola. Třetí část práce je zaměřena na podnik Sintex, a.s. Zde jsem aplikovala poznatky informace z druhé kapitoly na konkrétní podnik. Tato kapitola je věnována analýze hospodaření podniku. |

| Abstract: | The subject of my dissertation "Financial resources of small and medium enterprises" is the question of small and medium enterprises and their financial resources. I chose one textile factory for my analysis. There are supportive pragrammes mentioned in this part of my dissertation. The graduation thesis is devided to three parts. The first one is focused on definitions -- enterprise, enterpriser, legal form. In this chapter is definition of small and medium enterprises (SME) according to EU directive. We find there the advantages and disadvantages of SME, too. The second part attends to clasify financing posssibilities. We know own, external and alternative financial resources. In the last chapter of my dissertation we can find analysis of financial resources of particular textile factory Sintex, a. s. |
