| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je přiblížit problematiku jak metody Just in Time, tak i dalších oblastí důležitých pro strategicky orientované manažerské účetnictví a stanovit obecný postup pro kvantifikaci úspor nákladů vyplývajících ze zavedení Just in Time. Jedná se hlavně o procesní řízení, Activity Based Costing, Activity Based Management a řízení kvality. V práci je také specifikována metoda Just in Time zvlášťe ve vztahu k zásobování a k výrobě. Praktická část práce je rozdělená na dvě podkapitoly, přičemž první z nich je věnována otázkám, které je potřeba zodpovědět pro posouzení vhodnosti implementace Just in Time do výrobního podniku a v druhé je stanovený obecný postup pro kvantifikaci úspor vyplývajících ze zavedení Just in Time. |

| Abstract: | The thesis describes Just in Time method and other important issues related to strategic management accounting. The goal is to set a general process of cost saving by using the method. To mention especially process management, activity based costing, activity based management and quality management. The Just in Time method is described individually in relation with supplying and producing. The empirical part of the thesis is divided to two subsections. The first one contains questions about propriety of Just in Time implementation in the producing company. The second part attempts to set a general process of cost saving by using the Just in Time method. |
