| Abstract: | Práce v obecné části pojednává o rozhodovacích úlohách v členění podle cíle alokace nákladů a podle vztahu k podnikové kapacitě. Dále se práce zabývá informační podporou pro manažery při řešení rozhodovacích úloh. Praktická část práce obsahuje představení firmy Druchema a popis tří rozhodovacích úloh řešených manažery této firmy. |

Thesis also deals with information support for managers while solving decision-making tasks. Second part od thesis contains an introduction of Druchema and description of three decision-making tasks solved by Druchema's managers. |
