| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis, with topic, "Education and Education of inhabitants of districts in Czech Rebublic with emphasis on district Vysočina", is to find out relation between education system and labour market in Vysočina district and whether the offer meets demand of Labour. In the first part of the thesis, basic concepts relating to education (upbringing, education, lifelong learning) are explained. Subsequently the educational system in the Czech Republic and related regulations and ducuments are described. In the second part of the thesis, the development of the educational system in the Czech Republic is analyzed and the changes in the educational structure of population of the Czech Republic are characterized. The third part of the thesis describes in more detail the development of education in the Vysočina district, and then this part follows the development of demand for labour, the development of jobs in the district and link the labour market in areas of education in Vysočina district. The thesis uses the statistical data from the (Czech Statistical Office) CSO, data from the Ministry of Education, Institute for informatik on education, regional yearbooks and information from key companies in the district Vysočina. Data is processed into tables or graphs. |

| Abstract: | Cílem mé diplomové práce na téma Vzdělání a vzdělávání obyvatel krajů ČR s důrazem na kraj Vysočina je zjistit, jaká je vazba vzdělávací soustavy na trh práce v kraji Vysočina, zda nabídka pracovních sil odpovídá poptávce. V první části diplomové práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, které se týkají oblasti vzdělávání (výchova, vzdělávání, celoživotní učení, vzdělání). Následně je popsán vzdělávací systém v České republice a s ním související předpisy a dokumenty. V druhé části diplomové práce je analyzován vývoj vzdělávací soustavy v ČR a charakterizovány změny ve vzdělanostní struktuře obyvatel ČR. V třetí části diplomové práce je blíže popsán vývoj vzdělávání v kraji Vysočina, dále tato část sleduje vývoj poptávky po práci, vývoj nabídky práce v kraji a vazbu trhu práce s oblastí školství v kraji Vysočina. V diplomové práci jsou využita statistická data z ČSU, data z MŠMT, ÚIV, krajských ročenek a informace od významných firem v kraji Vysočina. Data jsou zpracována do tabulek nebo grafů. |
