| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na srovnání tradičního a online sázení. Charakteristické pro sázení je i zainteresovanost ze strany státu kvůli jeho specifickým aspektům. Těmi jsou například možné negativní sociální dopady, ekonomický prospěch pro stát či praní špinavých peněz. V práci proto srovnávám legislativní úpravu a ekonomická specifika jednotlivých forem, ale zároveň je věnována pozornost i oblasti internetu, e-komerce a jak se sázení rozšířilo v online prostředí. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this paper is to compare two forms of gambling: traditional and online. Gambling is characterized by the involvement of the government because of specific aspects of gambling. These include economic gain for the state's treasury, possible negative social impacts or money laundering. According to these aspects, the paper compares the legislation and economic specifics of both forms of gambling, but also focuses on e-commerce and how gambling went online. |
