| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje analýze webových stránek retailových obchodníků obecně. Autor vychází z vlastních zkušeností správy webů jednoho z předních retailových řetězců působících v České republice. Významnost tohoto tématu je zejména v jeho aktuálnosti, kdy na konci první dekády 21. století roste využívání internetu v mnoha oblastech lidské aktivity a prodej zboží koncovému spotřebiteli je jednou z nich. Cílem práce je zmapovat současné trendy v oblasti využívání webového rozhraní pro komerční účely retailovými obchodníky a na jejich základě doporučit konkrétní nástroje, které zajistí konkurenceschopnost obchodní společnosti v oboru v současnosti i do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | The thesis generally analyzes functions and content of retail web sites. Author uses his experience from his current employment, where he administers web site of one of the main retail chains in the Czech Republic. Importance of this subject is seen in its recency, when the usage of internet rises in many human activities and shopping is one of them. The aim of this document is to find characteristics of today's market and based on these it tries to predict trends that will influence the shape of commerce on internet in near future. |
