| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá vývojem konkurenční pozice České republiky po vstupu do EU a komparací především s dalšími jejími členskými státy. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou uvedeny definice konkurenceschopnosti v podání různých institucí, hodnocení pozice ČR z pohledu úzkého pojetí konkurenceschopnosti a multikriteriálního přístupu WEF a IMD. Práce se snaží poskytnout komplexní pohled na konkurenceschopnost České republiky a zhodnotit výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých hodnotících přístupů. |

| Abstract: | This thesis analyzes the development of competitiveness of the Czech Republic after its EU accession and comparison with mainly other EU members. Individual chapters include definitions of competitiveness presented by different institutions, evaluation of the position of the Czech Republic from the view of one-criteria approach and multicriteria approaches of the WEF and the IMD. The thesis tries to create a general view of the competitiveness of the Czech Republic and to evaluate advantages and disadvantages of particular assessing concepts. |
