| Abstract: | Úkolem této diplomové práce je vymezení kriterií marketingové komunikace oblasti hotelnictví. Součástí práce bude zhodnocení komunikace hotelu Golf v Praze, její kvality a účinnosti. Přínosem práce budou možné návrhy na zlepšení této komunikace a její kvality, případná doporučení změn tak, aby působila na zvolené segmenty klientů co nejefektivněji a pomáhala tím dosahovat lepších obchodních výsledků. |

One part of the thesis is focused on evaluation of hotel Golf Praha communication according to its quality and efficiency. Benefits should be definitely eventual suggestions for improving the communication and its quality, or changes that should actuate on clients as effectively as possible to help reach better commercial results. |
