| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu k založení restaurace a ověření reálnosti tohoto projektu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je zaměřena na všeobecné postupy, jak vytvořit podnikatelský plán a je zde popsáno, jak by měl podnikatelský plán podle zkušených autorů a samotných podnikatelů vypadat. Náplní druhé části práce je samotný podnikatelský plán restaurace Fit bar s analýzou tržního prostředí, finančním plánem, marketingovým plánem, či popisem poskytovaných výrobků služeb. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to build a business plan to establish a restaurant and verify the reality of this project. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is aimed at a general practice, how to create a business plan. Filling the second part is itself a business plan restaurant bar fit with the analysis of the market environment, financial plan, marketing plan and product description provided services. |
